The outfall of sewage station in Xianhe first station is one of the main outfalls in Shengli Oil Field. The composition of this sewage is very complex. It is difficult to treat it to standard. Base on a series of experiment, the reaction rate equation of COD removal in difficult condition was obtained. It is the foundation to theory and application that the treatment of high salt sewage in stabilization pond, and it is the guide of design.Through a series of experiment, the research present conclusions as follow:The reaction of COD's degradation follows first-order reaction law, and the kinetic equation is C=Coexp(Kt); The coefficient of degradable COD in total COD is 68.77%. Oxygen, temperature, pH are the main reason to COD's degradation. We found that the rate of COD's degradation in rich oxygen is faster than in poor oxygen; The rate constant of COD's degradation is higher with temperature. In the area of 7.74-8.95, the rate constant of COD's degradation is smaller as pH higher.Through a series of forecast in COD's degradation and DO's regain in various condition, it must be set the aerators in the stabilization pond in order to treat sewage to the standard. Oxygen must be dissolved more than 849.8 kg/d into sewage of the stabilization pond.
