Therefore, based on the characteristics of spinneret itself, this article focuses on the automatic machining process of it with the hope of replacing the old manual work.Firstly, the paper introduced the structure of spinneret; shapes of micro-pores; dimensional precision and the Processing methods. Furthermore, the paper analyzed the actuality and development of the automatic processing methods for spinnerets, and clarified the advantages and disadvantages of methods at present.Secondly, the paper analyzed the structure of spinneret, and expatiate it in selecting diameter, number and shape of micro-pore, and point out that diameter of micro-pore obviously effect physical and mechanical quality of fiber. In shape selecting of micro-pore, researching it with two ways, those are flow of liquid and effect in energy of fiber weaving.And then particularly introduce the micro-pore process and image manipulation. According to the specialty of every working procedure, via different collected images, the paper pertinently research and confirms reasonable image process method, and get the center of image in different situation, then control system will process it accordingly.In terms of auto-focusing, the paper uses method of image compare and emendation and local searching algorithm, implement auto-correct functionality, avoid re-located error and cumulated error, and achieve the purpose of accurate location.In terms of system research and design, introduce selection of all integrated software and hardware, control module's design and facture, and give the total run mode and explanation of system flow. |
