In this paper, the novel adsorbents are produced and their application on removal of sulfur-containing organic compounds is discussed.1,Three unique kinds of Cu-containing absorbents based on different carriers including 13X molecular sieve, activated alumina, and activated carbon, are synthesized by immersion method in the Cu2Cl2-NH3·H2O medium and all do exhibit good removal effect on coal oil.It has been demonstrated that 13X molecular sieve and activated carbon display better removal result under proper reaction condition(Cu2Cl2/NH3·H2O=60g/L, Immersion Time=2 hour,Absorption Time=2 hour).2,The Cu-containing absorbents based on different carriers including activated alumina(home-made),and activated carbon, are synthesized by electroless copper planting, and all do exhibit perfect removal effect on coal oil.3,Changing different preparation conditions, comparison impregnated adsorbents with electroless planting adsorbents, electroless planting-copper-containing alumina has a good quality, its best preparation condition is:Al salts:sucrose=2:1,the concentration of every componcnt of the planting solution is 0.8g,formaldehyde=3.15mL.4,By comparing with their R2,thioalcohol adsorbing on Cu1-containing alumina absorbent is more appropriate to use second-order kinetic model to demonstrate the absorption process.Apparent activation energy is calculated by Arrhenius equation, Ea=-55.42KJ/mol,adsorption processes easily,is mainly physical process.5,Studies of fixed bed fluidizing adsorption, electroless planting-copper-containing alumina is of excellent characerization of adsorption, and is very important in industry.6,The method of decontaminating the bed by carbinol is feasible.
