In order to search the introduction compounds for new pesticide and the anticancer drugs, obeying the principle of active-factor-addition, three series of compounds shown in the formula (I) - (III) were designed and synthesized, using the primary source materials of L-α-amino acid, 5-(2-chlorophenyl)furan-2-carboxylic acid, substituted aniline and substituted benzohydrazide. All the target compounds have not been reported in the literature by now. Additional, compounds of (Ib - Ii) are simplex optical active.During the synthesis of the target compounds and the intermediates, the phrase transfer catalyst and ultrasonic irradiation were introduced and the results of the experiment are ideal.The structures of these target compounds were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, MS and elementary analysis. Their physical properties, spectrum properties, reaction conditions and synthesis methods were discussed as well.By MTT assay, the three series of target compounds show the activity of restraining the proliferation of K562 Cell out body.By now, the activity tests of pesticide are processing in the Bayer Corporation.
