Collapse casing P110 is the production casing used in the deep well, super-deep well and complicate formation condition of the oil field. Because work condition is complex and casing worked under the huge internal and external pressure, it is to require the excellent mechanical performaces and good anti-collapse properties for internal and external pressur.In the paper, we designed the chemical composition of collapse casing P110 and introduced the comparision optimization method for material research。Finally, we determined the material (HS110T1) for producing collapse casing P110. According to performance requirement of collapse casing P110 and characteristics of manufacuturing plant, we defined the process route for producing this casing: "Steel Making+Horizontal Continous Castâ†'Hot Rollingâ†'Finishing Heattreatment". This paper discussed the relative factors such as: material performance, dimensional precision, residual stress, which will affect the anti-collaspe performance of casing. During the production, some of technical solutions are applied such as: heat treatment for finishing optimization, best process route selection and enhance of tooling precision, use of online hot straightening, which advanced the material yield strength, promoted the dimensional precision of casing and limited the residual stress of casing, the above of methods have a assurance and improvement for the tensile strength of casing and can meet the quality requirement of products.The researching result indicated that, the designed chemical composition (HS110T1), roling process and heattreatment technology are feasible. The mechanical performances and anti-collapse properties of collapse casing P110 can meet and exceed the API standard. It completely satisfied custom's requirement and elevated the yield ration and greatly reduced the production costs. |
