Ying 18 block is located in Dongxin Oil Plant of Shengli oil field limited company Ying 8 blockis located in Dongxin Oil Plant of Shengli oil field limited company in Dongying city of Shandongprovince, and the structural location is in the north flank of Dongying structure of Dongxin oil field;which is controlled by two faults which strike are from the north to the south and from the east to thewest respectively. The block is connected with Ying 13,Ying 72, Xinkou 47 block, and the northeast isDongshangcun depression, northwest is connected with Tuo 7 block of Shengtuo oil field on the archbend. The drilling formation include the Nm and the Ng of upper tertiary and the Ed and the Es oflower tertiary and the the Palaeozoic in which the main oil—bearing reservoir is Es formation oftertiary. The oil-bearing area is 5.36 Km2, the OOIP is 2859x10~4t。This block was put into productionfrom Sep. 1968 and the injection begins from March, 1973. at present, the production layers are 6.The key should be put in those main layers which possess large areas and big oil reserve whenwe study remaining oil distribution. The object pay must be selected first and it should be put intoproduction later, production percentage is lower and the total water-cut is not much higher.Integrate geology results show that the upper oil sand is better than that in shallow in this block.the thickness is the largest along the main fault and it becomes thin toward side. The property of crudevaried every much in vertical and areal direction. The crude is better in upper than in shallow.The dynamic analysis show that all the 6 production layers have high water-cut and the averagewater-cut is 85~97%and the recovery precentage is 22.5~49.4%but the layer of 7~9,10,11,12~15in Es2 have produced fewer oil and lower average water-cut comparatively. So these formation havesome potential.Synthesis of gology and reservoir dynamic tell us that 13 layer in formation of 7~9,10,11 arestudied object this time and the reserve of which are 1961×104t accounting for 59%of Ying 8 block.Currently recovery percentage is 25.2%and the remaining workable reserves occupy 19.6%. Ratio ofreserve to is 12.8. All shows that above 3 production formations have much ability.The plan of the infill well-drilling , reasonable pressure maintenance level, the injection toproduction ratio and the production rate have been optimized. We deduced that local infillwell-drilling is better than subdivision of development series, higher pressure maintenance level andthe injection to production ratio can enhance the production rate. Subdivision of development seriesand fine water injection can also improve the lateral and zonal condition.At last some methods below have been confirmed:(1) Block Y8 have higher level of production and the effective of water flood is not bad.(2) Formation of 7~9,10,11 in Block Y8 have higher recovery and completely water flooding but it have some potential.(3) Currently the pump has lower effectivity but it has some potential among the high effectpump.(4) Formation of 7~9 in Block Y8 have uniformity water flooding so larger liquid should beadopted. Formation of 10,11 have asymmetry water flooding so we should shooting oil layers andenveloping high water-cut layers.At last we put forward 61 producers and 39 injector should adopt means. Among them 5producers and 4 injector should be workout,4 producers and 7 injectors should be enveloped,5injectors should be shut,6 producers should enlarge liquids,5 new wells should be drilling.The totalgain output are 29430m3, 20×10~4m3 be of no effect and should be decreased.
