The function of coal mine safety supervision sub-bureau requests it have a clear understanding to the jurisdictional coal mine security condition. The prompt, effective, the transmission and processing of security information is foundation that can accurately guarantees good work of the coal mine safety supervision. However, because the sub-bureau and the coal mine depends oh traditional the method to carry on the information transmission and the exchange, it has wasted the massive financial resource and the human resources, simultaneously the information is not prompt. Therefore, constructing the safe supervising and managing information system of coal mine safety supervision sub-bureau based on the Internet become the most important solution question in the sub-bureau informationzation advancement. And it is also an important constituent in a profession office automation.This paper is based on the basic theory of management information system and relative knowledge of coal mine safety supervision and the computer network technology, According to the ordinary process of development of management information system, with the object of study of Guizhou' s coal mine safety supervision sub-bureau , with the architecture of B/S model, we designed and developed the mine safety supervision sub-bureau safe supervising and managing information system by the analysis method of structure.The development of system includes six stages such as, system overall plan, the system analysis, the system design, the system implements and moves. Based on detail system analysis and lots of present materials combining with the norm of differentiation of son-system, we construct four son-systems, including file information management subsystem, the accident investigation management subsystem, the safe supervisory management subsystem and the system administration subsystem. These programs can rapidly collect and correctly handle data ,and effectively achieves information communication between bureau and mine and sharing in departments.Development and design of coal mine safety supervision sub-bureau safe supervising and managing information system will provide the science feasible management method for the modernization, systematization and standardization of the coal mine safety supervision supervisory work.
