Round Stock Wire Rope Stress Balance And Twisting Quality

After describing the basic knowledge in the dissertation, we analyzed the stress situation under all conditions, and based on this, we did research theoretically on stress balance of steel wire rope, then we manage it into production practice of wire rope. By discovering problem during production, we adjust the production technology until the stress balance of wire rope come true. And we did spiral experiment, by contrast the production technology under the situation of wire rope stressed with the common one, we clarify that the stress balance is very important for stable of wire rope construction, also for avoiding spiral.
