| Along with the improvement of living standard, resources are increasingly scarcity and solid wastes were mounted up. Now, humans are trying to reclaim the resources from the solid wastes. "Fully utilize the resources and change the wastes into valuable materials" is a pressing task.Based on the filling and character-altering principle with compound material and plastic, the paper take waste dimou from agriculture and secondary fibre from paper making industry as main materials, taking double roller technics to produce new materials. The influence of filling capacity, chemical medicine, dispose technique and consistent medicine on the performance of filling system were researched. With the wastes as materials, the produced new materials are environmental soundly and safely, without question, it will promote sustainable development. Based on experiments, we got the following conclusions:The best anti-bend and anti-pull ability can be realized when the fibre concentration in compound material is 15% and 20% respectively. The secondary fibre was treated by NaOH solution with different concentration and we found that the best NaOH concentration for anti-bend is 1 %. While for anti-pull ability, it declined in general, but climbed up after treatment by NaOH solution with concentration of 1 %. Benzene acid was used as character-altering medicine to improve the mechanical performance, and when the content of benzene acid is 4 %, the anti-bend, anti-pull and anti-impact ability got the highest point which is 29.71MPa 19.02MPa 30.36KJ/m~2 respectively. The mechanical ability was improved after the treatment of secondary fibre by silicon-alkyl KH550, and when the content of silicon-alkyl KH550 reached to 1 %, the anti-bend, anti-pull and anti-impact ability of the new compound material got the highest point which is 29.97MPa 19.82MPa 30.32KJ/m~2 respectively. MAPE was added into the system to improve it mechanical performance, and the experiment shows that when the content of MAPE is 6%, the the anti-bend, anti-pull and anti-impact ability of the new compound material got the highest point which is 34.48MPa 21.21MPa 30.57KJ/m~2 respectively. Stain dosage have slight influence on mechanical ability, but the anti-bend and anti-impact performance of the material were reinforced. Through thermal aging , Matrix materials in prolonged aerobic high temperature of 200 to 220℃processing environment, The toughness of plastic waste a great impact, And the tensile and flexural properties of slow or moderating ; After aging re-fiber reinforced plastic waste , Fiber content of 20%, the maximum flexural strength of the composite material is 33.89MPa ; Fiber content of 10%, the highest tensile composite material is 18.34MPa. Shock resistance is reduced with increasing fiber content . Waste ground in the original proposal based on the aging of thermal aging, fiber reinforced best when there is a change in the content .
