Embroidery Pattern Of Electrical Control Systems, Code Analysis And Realization

The performance of the computerized embroidery machine takes different control ondifferent codes in the pattern file, so the study of the pattern file is the base of designingcomputerized embroidery machine control system. This paper is part work of designing thecontrol system of the embroidery machine, which is based of "ARM920T+Linux+Qt", thework of this paper are the analysis of the pattern file, the research of the creating of thepattern file, the other part work is the design of the control interface of the embroiderymachine.On the basis of understanding the process of embroidering and creating differentformat of the pattern file using the embroidery CAD, the tool of disk edit and program areused in analyzing the pattern. The work on the pattern such as DSB,DST,DSZ wasfinished and the emulator is done, the right of result is confirmed. The embroidery pitch isunderstood and the frame of realization of the pattern file, the structure of designingpattern is consider, the realization of pattern is investigated, the pattern come true. Thedesign of the computerized embroidery machine has man-machine conversation interface, the part of assistant manage model is designed using the software Qt. The parameter is setin this model before the running of machine and the maintenance of the control system, thecorrectness of the design is confirmed.
