Research development of structure of nano TiO2, its hydrothermalpreparation and its application study condition were reviewed. With sta-rting material of industrial TiOSO4, The TiO2 nano powder were preparedby hydrolysis method and hydrothermal method, The separationcondition of iron in the titanium was studied, the distributing of TiO2nano powder in water was studied in this paper.Hydrolyze preparation method shows: the reactive value of seed playsan important role in inducing the hydrolysis of TiOSO4 and controllingthe particle distributing of HETiO3, adding K2CO3, H3PO4 to HaTiO3, the100nm TiO2 anatase powder can be prepared. While adding ZnO,Na2TiO4, 200nm TiO2 rutile can be prepared.In order to separate iron from the intermediation metatitanic of titanium white production by sulphuric acid process, the effection of iron separation of centrifugal washing separation method, filtrate washing separation method and inorganic ceramic film washing method had been studied.The iron content in the filtrate and the dried titanium dioxide powderwas determined by spectrometry and flame atomic absorption spectrumetry. The experiments showed that these methods can reduce iron contentin the titanium solid to 30ppm, but the automatizational working of theinorganic ceramic film washing method is much better than the others, sothis new technology should be pay attention.With the starting material H3TiO3, the nano TiO2 powder wasprepared by hydrothermal method The effect of phosphate, sulphate,reaction temperature and time on the morphology, crystal shape, size anddispersity in the water were studied, which were characterize by XRD,SEM, MS2000 and Delsa 400SX.The TiO2 nano powder was dispersed by DBS or PEG(600) in thewater, which were characterized by master size 2000,SEM and TEM.Wehave discovered the phenomeno of roagulation and flocculation.
