| In this dissertation, the quality control of cigarette paper, tipping paper and cigarette brand label by Near-infrared(NIR) spectroscopic analysis technology have been mostly studied, and also, the application of wavelet transform in spectral preprocessing has been developed.As for the quality control of above-mentioned auxiliary material for cigarette, the traditional analysis techniques have some disadvantages such as various equipments, costliness and time-consuming, as a result, they can't completely meet the demand of enterprise's cigarette manufacturing. The theory of substance structure claims: the characteristic of substance nearly related with it's structure, if the variety of structure and component can be characterized by spectra, the analysis of this characteristic can be achieved by spectroscopic analysis technology. NIR has been widely applied in field of agriculture, foodstuff, petrol industry, tobacco and pharmacy because of it's advantages such as simple and convenient, fast, low-cost, no pollution and nondestructive testing.In recent years, NIR technology has been successfully applied to the quality control of tobacco material and the quality inspection of cigarette product, whereas, seldom has this analysis technology been using for the quality control of auxiliary material for cigarette. So far, it has not been reported about the research of qualitative analysis model of the content of VOC in cigarette brand label, there isn't any literature about the research of predicting lengthways tensile strength, percentage of elongate of cigarette paper and grammage, lengthways tensile strength of tipping paper by NIR technology.In this dissertation, above-mentioned problems have been researched, primary experiments are listed below:The parameter setting of NIR spectroscope has been optimized, and resolution as 4cm-1, scanning times as 100 are finally selected by contrast with the influence to spectrum and model of different resolution and scanning times.The sampling mode of cigarette paper has been optimized, finally, monolayer thickness is selected by contrast with RMSEP of 5 unknown samples in each model. The qualitative analysis model for estimating the volatile organic compound in cigarette brand label and distinguishing the true and fake cigarette has been established, and the estimating results are 100% correct.The quantitative analysis model for predicting cigarette paper's grammage, lengthways tensile strength, percentage of elongate has been established, it's R2 respectively are 92.47, 56.66, 45.03, it's RMSECV respectively are 0.554, 0.591, 0.138, the RMSEP of 8 unknown samples are 0.340, 0.040, 0.058.The quantitative analysis model for predicting tipping paper's grammage and lengthways tensile strength is established, its R2 respectively are 85.75, 70.40, it's RMSECV are 0.729, 0.0767, the RMSEP of 8 unknown samples are 0.587, 0.062.For example of tipping paper's grammage, the application of wavelet transform method for preprocessing spectral signals and building multivariate calibration models combined with PLS is discussed: using wavelet transform method for background removal and uninformative variable elimination(UVE), the R2 respectively are 98.56 and 97.96, the P, MSEP of 8 unknown samples are 0.3858 and 0.3486.The results shows that NIR can be used in quality control of cigarette auxiliary material, and fully meet the demand of tobacco industry; wavelet transform methods can effectively improve the predict precision of the multivariate calibration models. This dissertation has made a brand-new experiment, so that a direction has been developed for NIR application in analytical chemistry. |
