Indium contained in high iron indium Zinc sulfide ore concentrate is 250-450g/t, but iron is 12-20% also, it is unable to recovery indium by the traditional technique.In view of existing insufficient in the technique that recovering associated indium contained in Zinc sulfide ore concentrate which is rich in iron and indium, the subject involves a new technique of stilling indium— twice pressure acid leaching to extract indium, in other words, processing Zinc sulfide ore concentrate contained indium by twice pressure acid leaching, it can produce qualified liquid of leaching by first pressure, directly extract indium after the liquid of leaching is restored, it can produce qualified residue of leaching by twice pressure, the residue of leaching is used to recovery Sulfur by the technique of recovering Sulfur, The research achieves the goal that the simplification raises the indium flow, enhances the recovery-ratio of indiumEffect of various conditions of extraction involving choice of extract method, temperature, rotational speed, progression of extraction, is studied by small experiment, and the optimal conditions are determined, obtained a good result. We mainly research twice pressure acid leaching, extraction, reverse-extraction, even all flow of extraction thoroughly. And compared with traditional technique of extraction, we obtain the conclusion that a new technique of extraction has merits that brief flow, the equipment invests flew, beneficial to environment, no pollution, direct recovery-ratio of indium is very high and so on.The result of experimental indicates that rate of the leaching, rate of extraction, rate of reverse-extraction and replacement ratio of indium respectively is 94.68%, 99.17%, 99.72%, 99.5%; Deal with each working procedure from raw material of high iron Zinc sulfide ore concentrate contained indium to sponge-indium, the result shows that the returns-ratio of Indium is 90%.Compared with traditional technique, the returns-ratio of Indium increase very much, and the leaching ratio of zinc more than 98.85%, so adopting the new cr(?)ft can recovery indium contained in Zinc sulfide ore concentrate which is rich in iron well.
