Coating technology has been applied to such industries as package printing, papermaking, photographic film, computer, and it is also the important technology for developing the high additional value textile. Along with the technical development, the requirement to the quality of coating products is enhanced unceasingly, that include decreasing the coating thickness and increasing the uniformity. Therefore it is significant to improve the coating technology and quality to meet the market demand.Taking the reverse three-roller coating technology as the research object, this study analyzed the questions about the exist coating equipments , including the low automatization lever and poor precision on the coating gap adjustment, the poor flexibility to the coating base-material, the low heat utilization ratio on the drying oven, the tension fluctuation, the adjustment of the shaving doctor. At the same time this study has produced the concrete solution to the related questions by the pertinence analysis and research.The key factors were found which influence the coating thickness and uniformity by the simulation result of the reverse three-roller coating flow field, we use finite element method. And the coating gap can be kept invariable through improving the structure stiffness on the coating device, adopting the variable eccentric coupling and hydrostatic bearing, enhancing the machining precision of the frame and coating-roll.In the tension control system, the dynamics mathematic models related to the tension generation and the wrap-up and unreeling procedure were built. The control strategies, such as the AC variable frequency speed regulating and the fuzzy self-tuning PID, have been applied to the tension control simulation on the wrap-up procedure.It also was analyzed that the coordination and synchronous control method about multi-motor, and the principle on the multi-motor coordination synchronization control based on the speed-chain was established, which has been used to the roll-speed of coating device and the tension control system and gained the tangible effect.
