Inorganic membrane, developed very rapidly, has the features of anti-high temperature, anti-chemical corrosion, high mechanical strength, high anti-micro-organism, large seepage discharge, high cleaning property, narrow pore distribution, good separating property and long service life etc. It has played a key role in some important fields, such as energy sources, resource and human health etc.The stalling characteristics were researched by use 0.2μm and 1.0μm micro filter inorganic ceramic membrane to papermaking Wastewater. The results indicate that the seepage discharge of micro filter membrane is not increased with the increase of the operation temperature, and for separating the organic matter, it focuses on trapping lignin, no trapping function on sodium salt, but has higher trapping rate on silicon, may reach above 80%.Based on the characteristic of the water-oil separation using the ceramic micro filter membrane, the processing effect, the membrane flux attenuation, each kind of cleansing agent wash effect have studied by the way of the dislocation filters to the oily Wastewater. The result shows that the more effective synthesis clean way is water clean for 10 min, then the mixed alkaline solution of 1% sodium hypochlorite and 0.3 mol/L sodium hydroxide for 10 min, finally 0.1 mol/L citrate for 10 min.
