| The new rain erosion resistant aircraft coatings is a fluoro resin modified polyurethane coatings. Polycaprolactone with various functionality, polycarbonate with different molecular weight and FEVE(fluoro resin) with good compatibility were used as the soft segment of the system, and aliphatic polyisocyanate IPDI and polyol TMP as the hard segment of the system to prepare the NCO terminated FT hardener and OH terminated FTH resin, then mixed with proper pigments and fillers for preparation of type â… new rain erosion resistant aircraft coatings and type â…¡ antistatic protective coatings. The quality of these coatings are qualified to meet the standard specified in technical specification and the requirement in practical application. |
