Digital Assembly Information Modeling And Information Extraction Technology

Assembly information model and the assembly information extraction are the base of building the system of digitized assembly. In this paper, the reasonable algorithm of assembly information extraction and assembly information model which is integrated and fit for the actual requirement are put forward to make the assembly information integrity, which can make the system of digitized assembly run effectively.At first, on the basis of analyzing the need of the system of digitized assembly, the general design of the system is finished.Then, after doing some research on assembly information models which were applyed widely, the mixed model of relationship model and hierarchical model is used to establish the assembly information model. On the basis of studying the algorithm of information extraction of assembly tree, the algorithm of assembly information extraction based on UG is put up forward. After that, according to the need of the assembly model, the codes are written in Visual C++ to pick up and save the assembly information.Finally, using a child part of the military engine validates the system of the digitized assembly information modeling and information extraction. The result shows the feasibility and validity of the system.
