Abstract/Summary:
The water-soluble and zinc-rich coating is a kind of new-type anti-corrosion coating which is economic and effective for the steel material. It is used widely and approbated because its simple production proceeding and good performance of prevention of corrosion. The coating adhered to metal base body by use of physical chemistry action force occurred between chemical material of coating and metal base body. Because its processing doesn't have acid picking, coating can be reusable, thus that can realize production process is pollution-free, the waste of the process discharged is very small and even zero , so we call it is one new-type clean production technology .This paper introduce the research of a new-type of water soluble and zinc-rich coating . It include the selection of a coasting composition and content, the selection of the auxiliary reagent, and exploration work of improvement .During the course of researching this new-type and zinc-rich coating, some coating in good quality has been made successfully. In order to get technology of none-chromium, some preliminary exploration has been done and qualified new-type coating has been made.On the basis of succeeding in formulating the liquid of coating, we carried on the assumption of the dispersing model of the coating, carried on the preliminary analysis of theory and assumption to the principle of organic silicon replacing chromium.Weight loss rate of corrosion is measured by these coatings were subjected to 5% NaCl immersed testing; electric current of corrosion and disruptive potential of the corrosion resistance of coating is measured by electrochemical method.
