As a kind of chiral source , the paracyclophane have shown remarkable characteristic obviously,and that attract more and more intresting of the chemistBy introducing the heteratom of phosphor, nitrogen, oxygen, sulphur , we can obtain chiral ligands,which can be used to catalyze asymmetric synthesis reaction after matching with the transition metals formation ligand compounds, also display good stereoscopic selectivity.The N-heterocyclic carbene formation to ligand compounds with the transition metals, can catalyze the formation of the C-C, C-H, C-O and C-N . It will get a type of new chiral ligands by introducing the nitrogen heterocyclic carbene to the chiral paracyclophane.The combination of the transition metal ion with new chiral ligands, will make the new ligand compounds express a lot of special character which neither differ from the paracyclophane nor differ from the N-heter ocyclic carbene.The research of beraing chiral paracyclophane of the N-heterocyclic carbene,for development the asymmetric catalyst and the asymmetric catalyticreaction ,have the significant and profound meaning.It has ten parts of the experiment in this paper, the general are as follows:The first part is preparation of [2,2]paracyclophane. Para-methyl-benzylbase-ammonium react at 70-80℃ with the phenothiazine, potassium borohydride and sodium hydroxide to produce [2,2]paracyclophane.The second part is preparation of 4,16- [2,2]paracyclophane which is obtained by bromination of [2,2]paracyclophane with iron catalystThe thrid part is preparation of 4,12-[2,2]paracyclophane.A suspension' of 4,16-dibromo[2,2]paracyclophane in coal oil is heated at 230℃ for 3 hours,which obtain 4,12-dibromo[2,2]paracyclophane.The fourth part is preparation of 4-benzophnonimine-12-bromo[2,2]paracyclo phane. 4,12-dibromo[2,2]paracyclophane is allowed to react with benzophenone imine in sodium tert-butoxide base and Pd-DPPFcatalyst to produce 4-benzophnoni mine- 12-bromo[2,2]paracyclophane...
