With the increasement of coal mine comprehensive mechanization level substantial and excessive mining, the coal seam of better field condition is gradually drying up in the field of raw coal. It becomes a great research task for the thin coal seam to be mined by comprehensive mechanization.For Ji Ning No.2 mine YanZhou group, the project analyses the thin coal seam comprehensive mechanization mining technology and studies the improvement direction of supplemental equipment. At the same time, the economic and social benifit are analyses. In the range of thin coal seam comprehensive mechanization supplemental equipment, the characteristic of the various type machine, scraper transport plane and hydraulic support of coal mining as well as the mining coal district geological condition are analysed and studied. This project puts forward method and the principle of selecting type. It completes related parameter calculation and the selecting type of the 3 supplemental machines for YanZhou group Ji Ning No. 2 coal.Based on modern design method and theory, this program studies the design problem about the hydraulic support intelligent CAD system. It uses the certain kind tonnage of hydraulic support as a example and establishes the finite element model of hydraulic support crucial component in analysis software COSMOS. It completes the structural finite element analysis of rod and forms a set of complete modern design method.Through a set of research about supplemental equipment and the thin coal seam comprehensive mechanization mining, the valuable experience for the thin coal seam comprehensive mechanization mining is provided under similar condition. According to specific conditions such as economy and geology, each mining area can use the reference. It has an important realistic guide for the sustainable development of mining area and genuine meaning on emancipating the productive forces. |
