| Along with the understanding to the sustainable developmental strategy, the question of the environmental pollution, preventing and controlling are regarded as urgent affair by the various countries. Therefore, the removal of NOx (NO as well as NO2 are main air pollutant, NO accounts for 95%) became very important. The traditional three-way catalyst would be ineffective under lean-burn condition, so a new type of catalyst for under lean-burn condition is urgently needed to be developed.In this dissertation, catalytic reduction and direct decomposition of NO are investigated over SBA-16 modified by different mental. A series of Cu(Pd)/SBA-16 and Fe(Pd)/SBA-16 catalysts are prepared by wet impregnation method using SBA-16 as support. The catalytic performance of these samples in NOx reduction with C3H8 or CH4 is investigated. The other series of noble metal catalysts are also prepared by impregnation in different concentration of Mn+ solution. The activity of these catalysts is discussed for the direct decomposition of NO. And the influence factors of catalytic activity are also studied, such as the method of prepare catalysts, pH and means of calcined catalysts.Catalysts are characterized by XRD, IR, H2-TPR, ESR etc., which are in flavor of understanding the crystal structure, surface characteristics and surface active species. |
