| Wood-Plastic Composites are manufactured by low melting point thermoplastic and natural fiber materials such as wood flour and rice hull etc, which have the advantages of plastic and natural fiber materials. However, they also have the disadvantages of above two materials. Plastic can be degraded and aged easily, and natural fiber materials can absorb water and decay easily. As many WPC products are applied at outdoor places at the present time. Therefore, the research on the property such as accelerate aging of Wood-Plastic Composites is very important.This paper drawed some conclusions:(1)At the same situation , the mechanics property that different direction of the plank material heading up variety regulation is : the width direction is high than thickness direction. A great deal of small crack and the material layerings are main reason that causes the material property descend.The impact of epidermis is very important. when fix, you had better use shipmaterials.(2) The formula of The Functional Group Index:FGI=(Absorbency of the evaluated functional group)/(Absorbency of symmetry flex vibration of -CH3), This phenomenonshowed that the effect of temperature on the properties of WPC was very large.(3) Under -30℃, the absorbency peak inside materials increased, and the absorbency peakoutside materials decreased. Under circulation, the absorbency peak inside materials increased, and the absorbency peak outside materials increased. Under -60℃, the absorbency peak inside materials decreased, and the absorbency peak outside materials increased. |
