Refining copper grain in this paper by forge and rolling of large deformation. Copper distortion rate over 99% by this process. By the intensity stress effect, the bigger grain in size can't transform in line to keep its integrity in the copper material, because its some parts move at the stress direction result in elongate and split of grain, thus carried out fine the grain.By dint of Stretch experimentation machine, optical microscope, Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) etc. study fine the grain influence to the copper material capacity etc. Indication in this study:Large deformation can fine the copper grain, and it has some influence on pure copper property.In the range of Ultra-fine Grain, the fracture elongation is 8-10%;0.13mm Ultra-fine Grain foil copper's σ_b come to the 494.0MPa.The Dynamic Recovery (DRV) and Dynamic Recrystallization (DRX) which developed by Large Plastic Deformation cause anneal the fracture elongation(l-4%) of the sample with did not anneal the sample(3-5%) to compare without the obvious change, but far and away below and common anneal the fracture elongation(35-40%) of the commonness processes copper.The hardness value(HV) 65~100) of the copper by large forge and rolling. We can see fine the grain and machining induration can raise the degree of hardness of the copper material.In this paper, we investigate the technics that refining copper grain by rolling and forge of large deformation, and it's mechanics capability, this have the certain leading meaning in industry manufacture.
