Polymer Surfactants Enhance The Foam Performance Studies

Polymeric surfactants developed quickly in oil and gas field, how to obtain good viscidity and high surface active becomes a hot topic of polymeric surfactants study. Using free radical response grafted methods, JX-16 which has certain surface activity monomer grafted on water soluble polymer NaCMC, become new high polymeric surfactant. Using the single factor methods and orthogonal experiment, we study the influence on grafting ratio and monomer conversion ratio under different conditions, conclude better reaction condition, and appraise relevant basic thing.Mensurate foam ability of mixed solution of the polymeric surfactant with ionic surfactant (SDS ), non- ionic surfactant (Triton X-100 ), in aqueous solution , salt solution, include oil solution , different temperature and dynamic condition, investigate high polymeric surfactants strengthen different foam performance of low molecular surfactant.Study the formula of the mix solution of polymeric surfactants and other surfactant. With fuzzy comprehensive evaluation orthogonal experiment and with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for the objective function, a comprehensive analysis of factors is made; the main effects of each factors, the interactive effect between the factors is analyzed. Finally, with the help of Uniform Design, study porous influent characteristic of foam for the prescription of foam enhanced by polymeric surfactants.
