In the course of oil reservoir with non-Newtonian fluid exploration, many questions appear and should be solved. In the base of studying lots of data, using a certain single well(production-well or injecting-well) as object, based on the foundational theory of fluid flow in porous media and non-Newtonian fluid flow in porous media, the analysis theories of well testing in composite reservoirs under the polymer flooding for enhanced oil recovery and heavy oil by thermal recovery have been studied and perfected in some aspects by combining fluid mechanics, non-Newtonian fluid mechanics, modern mathematics and modern computation technology. The main works presented in this paper as following:(1) The mathematics model of well testing interpretation has been established and solved concerning two region homogeneous media radial composite reservoirs with non-Newtonian/Newtonian fluids accounting for wellbore storage, skin effect in wellbore. Well test type curve has been perfected . Various factors to affect the bottomhole pressure are also analyzed.(2) The mathematics model of well testing interpretation has been established and solved concerning two region homogeneous media radial composite reservoirs with non-Newtonian/Newtonian fluids accounting for wellbore storage, skin effect in wellbore and additional resistance force in discontinuity location. The influences of interface additional resistance force on bottomhole pressure are also studied.(3) The mathematics model of well testing interpretation has been established and solved concerning two region homogeneous media radial composite reservoirs with Newtonian/non-Newtonian fluids accounting for wellbore storage, skin effect in wellbore and additional resistance force in discontinuity location. The influences of interface additional resistance force and exponent of non-Newtonian power law fluid on bottomhole flowing pressure are also studied.(4) The mathematics model of well testing interpretation has been established and solved concerning three region homogeneous media radial composite reservoirs with Newtonian/non-Newtonian/ Newtonian fluids accounting for wellbore storage, skin effect in wellbore and additional resistance force in discontinuity location. Such factors as interface additional resistance force, the property parameters to affect the bottomhole pressure flowing pressure are also studied.(5) The influence of interface additional resistance force is same as the influence of skin effect in wellbore. If the interface additional resistance force is big then the additional resistance force in discontinuity and the hump are also obvious; in the other way, if the...
