3 - Carbonyl -10 - Demethylation -12 - Methoxy The Jisong Hong Alkyl First Total Synthesis Of Research And Characterization

Terpenoids had business with the life of humanbeings. The last twenty years developments of tricyclic diterpenoids were reviewed.Biologic activities of tricyclic diterpenes which had oxygenous guoups on the 1, 2 or 3 position were reviewed. The important applications and some methods of introducing oxygenous groups on these three positions in recent 20 years were also obtained.This thesis aims at the studies on the synthesis routes of the nature product (±) -Hinokione, which has biological activities. The retrosynthetic analysis of target molecule was reported. In the total synthesis of (±) -hinokione, a strategy of AC→ABC was applied. The A ring and C ring were constructed through several different methods. In the synthesis of A ring, two methyl were introduced to the 2 position in one step. Method of methyl to the 4 position was also developed in different base conditions. In the study of C ring, introduction of isopropyl was reviewed, and improvements were indicated. A simple synthesis; route was developed. The starting materials were cheap and easily obtained.It reported the synthesis methods of target molecule and intermediates. Yields and data were also reported. The structures of intermediates and target molecule were conformed by IR, ~1HNMR and MS. The main data was also studied.
