Waterbody eutrophication is a comprehensive environment problem existing in every region in the world, the "blue algae bloom"resulted by eutrophication is one of the serious environment desaste. The distribution of phosphorus in Lemna minor treatment system was investigated in this paper. The phosphatase activity in overlay water and phosphate bacteria number in sediment in Lemna minor treatment system were investigated, the experimental results were shown as follows:The mainly transportation of phosphorus is from sediment to overlay water when the phosphorus concentration was 0.02 mg/L in overlay water. Different plant absorb phosphorus from different sources; The absorption of phosphorus by Lemna minor increased with the increase of phosphorus concentration in overlay water. The phosphorus distribution between sediment and overlay water relate to different phosphorus concentration in overlay water and phosphorus content in sediment; Ammonia restrained the phosphorus absorption of Lemna minor and increase the phosphorus distribution of overlay water and sediment; The phosphorus distribution to Lemna minor increased from pH5 to pH7. The distribution of phosphorus to overlay water and sediment decreased in this condition; The phosphorus distribution to Lemna minor decreased and to overlay water and sediment increased when the sediment was treated by antimicrobial treatment ; Low temperature restrained the phosphorus absorption of Lemna minor and increase the phosphorus distribution of overlay water and sediment. The phosphatase activity of overlay water associated with plant and plant species; The lower in overlay water, the higher of phosphatase activity in overlay water; The phosphatase activity in overlay water...
