Quality Of China's Hainan Tea Tree Oil Suppository Preparation, Study Quality, Effectiveness And Safety Of Initial Evaluation

The first part of this dissertation established the GC method for determination of ten kinds ofdomestic tea tree oil's ingredients. And then we identified 29 ingredients of tea tree oil by usingGC-MS. We also investigated the general physical and chemical quality of the oil. Finally weevaluated its primary stability.The second part was the preparation of tea tree oil vaginal suppository. We selected the bestprescription and optimized the procedures of preparation. And we also investigated the quality oftea tree oil vaginal suppository including the determination of ten kinds of main ingredients.The third part is evaluation of validity and safety of the tea tree oil vaginal suppository. Weevaluated the antibacterial and antifungal action of it. The results showed that it had significantantimicrobial activity. We also evaluated its anti-inflammatory activity by the mouse ear'stumefaction test. And we confirmed the safety of the tea tree oil vaginal suppository through thelocal stimulation test.
