The present paper mainly aims at the value simulation of catalyzed and oxidated adsorping the H2S and PH3 of yellow phosphorus exhaust. Based on the earlier work , we manufacture H2S and PH3 catalyst separately using the predecessor experiences, and mix the two kind of catalysts uses mixing method, to adsorp H2S, PH3 simultaneously. We studied the fixed bed adsorped purification process as well as the adsorption equilibrium. Moreover, H2S and PH3 catalyzed oxidation reaction kinetics was researched, some results have been put as following:(1) The Freundlich isotherm equation can be used to express the adsorption equational curve.(2) The penetration curve shows that the catalyzed and oxidated adsorption effect using H2S and PH3 catalyst was extremely well, Meanwhile, the mixed catalyst could catalyze the mixed gas efficiently too.(3) In the adsorption of H2S with soaked activated carbon, the adsortion capacity increase along with the H2S and O2 density increase, but when the O2 density comes up to a degree it has'nt any influence to the response. Under several kinds of temperatures, initial adsorption capacity was almost the same. The adsorption capacity increasing scope of higher temperature was low.(4) In the adsorption of PH3 with soaked activated carbon, the adsortion capacity increase along with the PH3 and O2 densit increase, but when the O2 density comes up to a degree it has'nt any influence to the response, the adsorption capacity increase along with the temperature increase, but when the temperature comes up to a degree the influence reduced.(5) We obtained H2S and PH3 catalyzed and oxidated reaction kinetics equation, the experimental result accord with the analogue one well. Therefore this dynamic equation could be used for describing the catalyzed ang oxidated reaction processing of. H2S and PH3.Based on the reaction kinetics, we carried on the value simulation of the H2S adsorption processing, established corresponding mathematical model, solves to the modelwith computer, then we obtained that the analogue result and experimental one tallies well. It proved that the model could forecast fixed bed reactor desulphurization penetration curve, meanwhile it can be used to providing the basis for the design as well as the enlargement and control of reactor.
