China possesses a wealth of eggs about product and consumption. After reforming and opening up to the outside, the national economy of China has increased greatly. It has brought up the egg industry and its science and technology. However, compared with those developed countries, there are a few deficiencies in science and technology of egg industry like lack of deep-processing products. The egg products in developed countries accounted for 20-25 % of the gross, and the proportion in China was only 0.7-1 %. It resulted in a large number of eggshell be thrown away. According to statistics, in 2004, the yield of eggs of China reached 24 million ton. The mass of eggshell occupies 12-13 % of the whole egg. Thus, in China, the mass of abandoned eggshell every year are about 4 million ton. It makes pollution.In order to deal with pollution lead by abandoned eggshell, a lot of related papers and literatures have been read. It founded that the applications of eggshell had been studied at abroad, and various important worth about eggshell had been reported in China. How to use eggshell efficiently is the study direction.In this thesis, a new integrated technics was put up and founded, that is prepared calcium acetate with eggshell. The new technics had several characteristics as following: normal temperature and normal pressure, simple operation, low cost and protecting environment.The results received from studying, testing and analyzing every approach indicated that:In the reagent used separated eggshell and membrane, water is better than other acids, basics.Standard by the yield of eggshell, the optimum conditions of separated eggshell and membrane are: milling 5 min, laying 20 min, once separated and 200 thinness of the powder. The times of separated is the main factor effected the yield of eggshell, and the minor one is milling time.Standard by the yield of membrane, the optimum conditions of separatedeggshell and membrane are: milling 10 min, laying 10 min, 3 times separated and 100 thinness of the powder. The times of separated is the main factor effected the yield of membrane, and the minor one is the thinness of the powder.The optimum conditions of prepared calcium acetate with eggshell are as following: the mass of eggshell powder is 20.95 g, reaction time is 3.0 h, the proportion of eggshell and water is 1:16, and the conditions of removing magnesium are temperature is 80 °C, reaction time is 5 min, the value of pH is 14. And the order of effected the yield of calcium acetate is the proportion of eggshell and water, the dosage of calcium oxide, the dosage of eggshell, reaction time, the temperature of removing magnesium, and the time of removing magnesium.
