The main products are round vermicelli in 30g or 45g in Penglai Jindian Food Industry Co., Ltd. For we haven't set up an efficient inspection, feedback and assessing iof unit weight of vermicelli. The purpose of this essay is to analyze the quality of vermicelli's unit weight, to find the rate of quality problem and to improve the process according to manufacture. We investigate the unit weight of vermicelli through digital chart and consider it as the first step to find the reason that caused unsteadily quality. We can directly learn about the dryer , wetting and making the membrane three controlling process. On the basis of collecting first statistics, we will master these three process and make a decision by using digital chart. On statistic analysis and process capacity, I am suspicious of weight standard and raised improved scheme. This scheme has been carried out . Against original percentage scheme, we use geometry and binomial methods to prove the irrationality of percentage scheme. And on the basis of real capacity of manufacture. We confirm the reasonable percentage scheme of unit weight of vermicelli. We commend this scheme (GB2828)according to process and product's weight and narrate the concrete methods of using. Jindian has carried out GB2828 with the finishing of essay. We use scientific method to analyze the unit weight of vermicelli and get the result to make chart through the SPC( Statistical Process Control). We improve the controlling chart to consider it as the standard of process controlling. Our purpose is to improve the quality analysis , quality control and quality requirement. This essay use -R making chart. It makes an deficiency result for ensuring unit weight in Practising.
