Along with the social economy developing, people attach more importance to protect Environment. There are rich natural gas resources in our country, and it is a green and clean energy, it will be farther extended and applied in the 21st Century. Using CNG as fuel of CNG vehicle industry is a rising industry, it has well dominance economic benefit and social benefit, combine our country's natural gas dominance with extending CNG vehicle, doing well environment protect and driving correlation manufacturing development. These surely will be form new economy increase point, more quicken our country's economy construct and heighten people's living quality. Aiming at the structure of domestic CNG underground gas storage well at present is too briefness, and is short of essential safety device and so on problems, This paper syncretize the knowledge of oil drilling, natural gas deposited, modern design method, automatism test and control subjects domanial. Adopts theory research, analyse calculate, computer simulation, locale investigate and test so on method, developing a study to advance the safety of underground gas storage well system. By mechanics analytic on existing gas storage well, more optimizing the structure of existing gas storage well, from the systemic point of view, studying the correlation technology about the safety of gas storage well, and on the base of above, raising feasible safety system project of gas storage well, avoiding hurricane, earthquake, fire, explode, man-made error and so on leaking CNG to make more disaster. This study result will make a high utilize on our country' s natural gas resource, offering instructor and security measure for more popularizing CNG vehicle. The research of this paper is the part content of the bringing up fund stake item of Sichuan province science and technology taking the lead. This paper mainly unfolds several parts research on the next:1. Internal and overseas high-pressure underground gas storage well technique actuality study, knowing safety status of present CNG adding gas station gas storage well system, applying the theory of safety systems engineering, from the point of system view, analyzing existing safety hidden trouble of internal and overseas gas storage well system.2. On the base of investigating, synthetically cross utilizing the knowledge of natural gas deposited, oil gas well engineering, modern mechanism design method, automatism control, test, computer simulation, and system reliability engineering subjects fields, analyzing work theory of overseas high-pressure underground gas storage well safety system, knowing the work mechanism, laying the foundations for designing of national CNG adding gas station high-pressure underground gas storage well safety system .3. Comparing the structure of national or overseas high-pressure underground gas storagewell, aiming at now national production status, adopting the means of modern design software and mechanics analysis, optimizing the structure of gas storage well, designing well safety valve that fit to national marketable.4. To the existent safety hidden trouble of national high-pressure underground gas storage well at the present, applying the knowledge of safety system engineering theory, automation control theory, test, computer and so on, developing a gas storage well safety system that having self-determination knowledge property right.5. Applying the knowledge of system reliability engineering knowledge, discussing thoughtway of reliability analyse of gas storage well safety system, as a thereunder of scientific evaluating reliability of the system.In a word, by this paper's studying, at home in the highest flight cross utilizing the multifarious subjects knowledge of to develop study on the work mechanism of gas storage well, improving existing structure of gas storage well, increasing reliability, adopting modern mechanism design method, designing a safety valve of high-pressure underground gas storage well that fit to national marketable, when ground takes place earthquake, fire, or the other accidents, the valve will cut the routeway of gas storage well and ground automatically, controlling spread of disaster, applying the knowledge of safety system engineering theory, automation control theory, test, computer and so on, at the first time and at home developing a gas storage well safety system that having self-determination knowledge property right. Applying the knowledge of system reliability engineering knowledges, discussing thoughtway of reliability analyse of gas storage well safety system, as a thereunder of scientific evaluating reliability of the system.
