With the gradual enlargement of the scale of oil exploitation, it is more and more complicated to geological condition and difficult to exploit the degree. It is an important task in every large oil field work how to realize the safety in production. In recent years, the high stratum pressure ( Exceed 70MPa) situation is often met in the course of oil field exploration in Tarim Basin. For the balanced stratum pressure, it often needs to add such impurity as the iron powder etc. to increase the density of mud. Under the operating mode of high pressure and mud of large density, single grade throttle system often occur accident for invalidating of throttle valve and lead to blowout accident, which cause enormous economic losses and casualties and have already become the technological difficult problem of influencing oil field exploration and development in Tarim Basin. Armed at on-the-spot operating mode of Tarim filed, multistage throttle way is put forward to solve above-mentioned problems in the paper. Multistage throttle way not only can effective improvement the ability of press the well of throttle manifold, can also improve the operating mode condition of the throttle valve and increase the dependability of multistage throttle system in the course of pressing the well. It is adapt to pressing the well homework on the fertile oil gas-bearing formation of high pressure. Combining the need of oil field, the mechanism and structure of multistage throttle have been researched. During the thesis, the works of the following aspects have been done:1. On the basis of analysis of throttle mechanism of single grade throttle system, multistage throttle is put forward and researched to realize the pressing the well on the fertile oil gas-bearing formation of high pressure2. The fluid field of cone valve and cuniform valve is calculated and the reasons of invalidation of two type of throttle valve are found through analysis.3. On the basis of analysis of two type of throttle valve, a new type of throttle valve is put forward through optimize the valve core of the Tenneco choke valve, which is proved to adapt to work under the condition of Tarim Basin.4. A control system which uses to control the flat valve of multistage throttle is design in order to establish the foundation for automatic control of multistage throttle during press the well.The paper is the part of item — "The pressure control technology of gas well of super pressure oil is studied under the complicated condition", which cooperate with Tarim oil field. The research results have passed the test live and project confirmation in Tarim oilfield. Through research of paper, the problem of single grade throttle have been solved that the capacity of press the well is insufficient and dependability is bad and favorite to improve technology level of our country on the exploration and development homework of fertile oil gas-bearing formation of high pressure.
