In this paper, Yulin gas field is a condensate gas field. The natural gas has the salient feature of high pressure and low condensate ,moreover , the environment is atrocious with lower temperature in winter. At present, the quality of the natural gas that is purified by low temperature separation technical flow in Yulin gas field cannot meet the requirement of nation's merchandise gas. Because of saturation water content of natural gas, there is dissociative water that induces hydrates by low temperature and high pressure .when gas gathering station purify the natural gas, the hydrates that affects the separation is very harmful to the equipment and the pipe. The condensate that is separated from the gas transportation badly affects the compressor's safe.balanced runing, which belonged to Yulin gas compressed station of Shan-Jing pipe. The condensate also limits the gas field yielding capacity. In order to reduce the influences ,this paper researches the vapor-liquid equilibrium , throwing refrigeration and hydrates's forecast and prevention by collecting and analyzing Yulin gas filed's data based on researching and studying inside and outside low temperature separation technical actuality., and analyzing some factors that make influence on low temperature separation flow in Yulin gas filed . On the basis of the theory that researching the factors, the text puts forward three reconstructive schemes of separation technologic based on different ideas. First solution adopts changing operation parameters without changing former flow, and second one adopts innovational measure that applies external IFPEXOL technics to Yulin gas field, the third one adopts second throttle for resolving the problems of Yulin gas field. The text negates the first one, and makes a detailed contrast research, and uses HYSYS software to verify the two flows analogously. Therefore, The improved technics obviously improve on the separated effect and tremendously economic benefit has been taken.
