In this paper, the nano environmentally water-borne coatings emulsion was prepared with Acrylicacid and Acrylic acid butyl ester. Analyzed the influencing rule of conditions toward the polymeric actions, the most optimization condition of the emulsion was established by the experiments. The reasonable coating-emulsion directions were designed with the use of several assistants in proper matching and feasibly emulsifiable ratio. The emulsifiable capability was detected, and its results were up to the national standard. The decentralization of nano TiO2 in the coating material and the antiseptic performance of the coating material were studied in this paper.The results displayed: The influencing conditions of Acrylicacid and Acrylic acid butyl ester were reactive time, the dropping time of monomer, the matching ratio, the reactive temperature, and so on. The dropping time of monomer was the biggest influence, and the reuniting would occur if the monomer was dropped too fast. The system had rather well stability, moderately emulsifiable adhesion, higher quantities of solid, optimistic capability, and so on. All of these were realized in the following cases: 150 mins' total reactive time, about 60 mins' dropping time of monomer, the ratio 2:3 of monomer, a reactive temperature of 67℃.The structure of emulsifiable membrane and the physical capability were decided by the emulsifiable ratio with the determinate case of the dye and filling in the emulsifiable coating. The emulsifiable ratio was an important parameter, and the generally external use was (2.04.0) '. 1.0. The paper chose a feasible ratio at 3.0:1.0. These assistants matched well, and they had better containess with emulsions. They were low or none poison. The quantity of assistants was little. The high effection and excessive function assistants were chosen. The directions of coating emulsion were reasonable.The detection of coating emulsion was applicable to the national standard GB/T9755-2001. Detected the indexes such as the state, the deposited stability in low tempreture, adhesion, the solid content, the drying time, the membraneous color and appearance, the water endurance, the alkaline endurance, the washing edurance, and so on, its result was up to the national standard absolutely. The composite nano TiO2 had better bacteriocidin effect, and the water-borne architectural coatings with the addition of composite nano TiO2 had bactericidal function. The bactericidal mechanics of nano TiO2 mainly used the cavity and the active oxygen generated by light. The nano TiO2 at the mass percent of 3% could gain a better bactericidal effect to Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli.
