The core-shell polymer microspheres is a new material to produce the functional polymer material . It belongs to the high polymer compound emulsion, it has the nature with two different kinds or many kinds of monomers which carries on the seed emulsion polymerization under the certain condition, it causes the emulsion granule inside and the flank concentrates the different ingredient separately, through the nuclear shell different combination, it may make a series of different shapes non-homogeneous phase emulsion granule, and may entrust with the core-shell polymer microspheres different functionsBecause between the core-shell polymer microspheres nucleus, the shell possibly exists meets, puts on or the ion linkage mutually, it is different with the general copolymerization or the polymer, in the same raw material composition situation, the core-shell polymer microspheres nuclear shell structurization may remarkably enhance the polymer to be wear-resisting, water resistant, bears the period of five days, the anti- dirt, the anti-radiation performance as well as the tensile strength, the anti-impact intensity and the caking intensity, improves its transparency, and may remarkably reduce the MFT, the improvement workability. In recent years, the people (for example handed over association through chemistry and the physical method, wrap, adhere to stick cohere with reaction)entrust with the core-shell polymer microspheres by the light guide, the electric conductance, hot are sensitive and functional and so on magnetism, has widely applied in the electron, the biology, the medicine and the plastic, the coating, the compound materials and so on many domains. Therefore, the core-shell polymer microspheres took one kind of new material, it has the important application value and the prospect, has become the recent years polymer domain the research hot spot.The organosilicon coupling agent was used as surface modifier of nano-TiO2, it causes its water affinity surface to change lipophilic, and meets the organic functional group in the surface which on may react, then carries on the polymerization through the home position polymerization and the propylene diethylene glycol dinitrate, the system results in the performance stable nanometer core-shell polymer microspheres. In this foundation further preparation of nano-TiO2 latex paint was carried out. Scrubbing resistance, stain resistance and artificial ageing resistance of latex paint film were then tested and the results indicated obvious effects of modification.
