With the development of petroleum industry and the advance of oil production level, heavy oil reservoir, which has been originally considered to have no exploitation value, has built a certainty scale productive capacity by thermal recovery and improving the wellbore flow condition. The TaHe Oil Field is one of the deep level heavy oil reservoirs, which is placing on production nowadays. The main contradiction of deep level heavy oil recovery is that the viscosity of formation fluid increases rapidly and the flow capacity tails off due to the temperature reduction of formation fluid as well as degas and water impact in the course of lifting. Therefore, how to ameliorate the fluidity of formation fluid in well bore is an important research subject in deep level heavy oil exploitation.On the basis of cognition of the geology and exploitation characteristic, crude oil characteristic as well as the exploitation point of TaHe Oil Field and experiment, the different visbreaking method in wellbore have been analyzed in this paper. The production optimization designs on different visbreaking mode have been done on analysis of the relationship between viscosity and temperature.Through the research work in this paper, several results were obtained including the following items:(1) The water breakthrough and producing water characteristics of TaHe production oil well during the development process have been accounted and the basic conditions have been conceptually analyzed on different producing water occasions;(2) The viscosity-temperature experiment and the rheological property experiment of oil sample in TaHe Oil field have been done and the experimental result have been analyzed;(3) The influencing factors of three different wellbore visbreaking including mix thin oil visbreaking, chemistry visbreaking and electrical heating visbreaking have been systematically analyzed;(4) The mathematical model of wellbore thermal field distribution in oil well have established on routine, mix thin oil visbreaking and chemistry visbreaking productionmode;(5) On the foundation of beggs-brill method, the Multiphase pipe flow calculation method of oil well have been set up on annular mix thin oil visbreaking mode;(6) The production of X oil well in TaHe oil well on different visbreaking mode have been optimally designed and contrasted, and the effective wellbore visbreaking scheme for TaHe Oil Field have been obtained, which have supervise sense for the development of deep level heavy oil in TaHe Oil Field. |
