The eutrophication problem in Guanting Reservoir is closely relative to phosphorus in the water. So study on the Patten of phosphorus combination in water and deposits, and how the pattern changes from one to another is the key to deal the eutrophication problem in Guanting Reservoir. In this paper ,one array of samples of Ca2-P,Ca8-P,Al-P and Fe-P was taken, according to the inorganic phosphorus classification method in lime-soil. By burning the samples, the quantity of Org-P is measured and the quantity dispersion of left phosphorus is calculated. The changing trend can be seen from the content of phosphorus in the deposits of Guanting Reservoir, in the vertical sequence of deposits, the quantity of phosphorus has been rising, and the rising part is non-left phosphorus that is easy to go into the water. The active phosphorus is hard to become steady form Ca10-P, in a short time. The quantity of phosphorus in different vertical levels is not only relative to the depth but also to the content of deposits. The non-left phosphorus and clay mineral have a direct ratio correlation, the more clay minerals there are in the deposit, the bigger the phosphorus quantity is , which is mainly non-left phosphorus such as Ca2-P,Ca8-P,Al-P,Fe-P,Org-P. The growth of algae will exhaust the phosphates released by sediments in the water. So the releasing of non-left phosphates continues. The releasing of phosphates is not only affected by the living cycle of the algae but also by the system proportion. When there is more soil in the system, phosphates are released more. If the ratio between water and soil is less than 1:1000,the releasing of proportion remains at a same value. These will explain why the eutrophication always happens in the Reservoirs that are in their old phases. And it also shows us that if the water in the Reservoirs reduces the eutrophication is gonging to happen. The conclusion of this paper is very important in solving the eutrophication problem.
