Especially in the stage of rough rolling, because of utilization rate of equipment is not enough the rolling cycle of each steel is too long, thus it result in lower producing and more energy consumption. This kind of situation will not only cause the consumption and waste of the energy, and because the potentiality of the equipment is not get full use , the output can not be improved, it has influenced the economic benefits of enterprises directly.This course with the purpose of improving the productive of the Middle-thicken Plate rolling mill test the pressure , temperature power and rolling speed ,etc. data of rolling mill on-the-spot ,has set up corresponding mathematics model. Through calculate and compare the data of the mathematics model and visual data ,we know that the mathematics model can simulate the production data very well.With the most heavy rolling pressure, rolling torqu, rolling power and quantity of downing of equipment as restrain, decide the terms of rolling. Dispersing several dots with solid step in each rolling term, then calculating the most short rolling time and corresponding rolling speed with the method of net Regard shortest rolling cycle as decision variable and use dynamic planning law regard the largest output as goal to find out the optimum quantity of each rolling term, and work out the rolling software in VISUALBASIC computer language.The rolling rule after optimizing has reduced the terms of rolling, shorten the rolling cycle, and make rolling rhythm between the rough rolling mill and the precise rolling mill better match, improve output per hour, and has reduced rolling energy consumption. |
