First,it conclude the general reflux method is good method than other ,and study the effect of the single factor of extract time,extract temperature,the ratio of solvent to material, extract times and alcohol concentration on the content of total flavonoid in sweet tea ;and the mathematical model has been established by using the 23 factorial experiment, and the best conditions were found: extract time X1=98.87min,the ratio of solvent to material X2=33.38:1 , alcohol concentration X3=75.95% ; Throung response surface plot and contour line diagram can have a view explain at factor and factor each other; Determining the stability of extract solvent ; The optimum craft parameters of using macroreticular adsorptive resins separating total flavonoid were found: Washing concentration adopts 70% alcohol, washing rate 1mL/ min, through washing curve using the 400mL wash solvent to wash is enough , the resin can use 3 times repeatedly.Study on the antiallergic activities of Horttuyia cordate Thanh and sweet tea by the outsaid experiment of measuring their inhibitory effects on hyaluronidase and the insaid experiment of mice's blood capillary penatrativity increased .Establish regression equation on dose-effect of antiallergic activities of the extract in Horttuyia cordala Thunb and sweet tea, its R-Square is 0.9909 and 0.9983 respectly, it show the regression equations have a high dependability and can better explain the relation dose-effect of antiallergic activities of the extract in Horttuyia cordala Thunb and sweet tea; Compared Horttuyia cordala Thunb and sweet tea to inhibitory effects on hyaluronidase , its inhibition is 46.5% and 153% respectly, and it express Horttuyia cordala Thunb stronger than sweet tea to inhibitory effects on hyaluronidase ; the insaid experiment of mice's blood capillary penatrativity increased show: the result of the absorbance and the leak out araout dye of the T test are all P<0.01 between Horttuyia cordala Thunb group, sweet tea group, and drug group, its mean they have a very significance diferent with contrast group: the inhibition of Horttuyia cordala Thunb , sweet tea, drug on the mice are 35.05%, 18.56% ,30.93% respectly; Horttuyia cordala Thunb , sweet tea , drug have a very significance inhibitory on mice's blood capillary penatrativity increased by histamine at the dose of 300 mg/ kg, 300 mg/ kg, 100 mg/ kg respectly.The outsaid experiment of measuring their inhibitory effects on hyaluronidase and the insaid experiment of mice's blood capillary penatrativity increased express Horttuyia cordala Thunb and sweet tea have the allergic activity really, extracting antiallergic factor applied in food , cosmetics , drugs industry will have a good development prospect. |
