This paper adopting observe experiment, material analysis means such as metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope and energy-dispersive spectroscopy. Further research metal micro-powder adsorption and deposition regulation on the metal surface, the function of mechanical impact force on plating, such as transfiguration mechanism and interface combine character of metal micro-powder under the impact forces, the structure, microcosmic analysis, characteristic of physical and chemistry and function of tightness layer of supper-fine metal micro-powder with none-crystallize formation.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:1 the behavior of adsorption and conglomeration of metal powder in mechanical zinc-plating liquid is the result of three aspects interaction, surface energy of powder, active surface agents and driving metal.2 the plating layer thickness change with time curve can explain relation between thickness with quantity of zinc powder, and change procession of layer from loosen to tightness.3 the mechanics analysis of zinc powder distortion in layer can explain the distortion problem of zinc powder particulate in brief.4 the reasons of coating has excellent combinative performance are three aspects, cold welding between powders and powders with part surface, mechanical lock on part surface, similitude crystal boundary with continuous, identical ingredient and interspace reticulation fabric in the coating make metal powder fix in it.5 the mechanism of coating by none-crystallize on steel are as follows. The effect of physical and chemistry make metal micro-powder come into being appropriate powder corps, powder corps deposited on parts surface by physical and chemistry adsorption form coating, mechanical force compact it.At last, bring forward personal viewpoint of further research on none-crystallize coating.
