In recent years, superior nature entironment is substituted by exasperate ecological conditions on circumjacent mountains of Guanzhong Area. Deterioration of entironment has put down the forest function of fountain self-restraint, water and soil maintenance, flood and drought adjust and so on, pricked up natural calamity such as soil and water loss, threaten the exist and development of people. Deterioration of entironment has become the important problem of restricting society and economy sustainable development. The happen of deterioration of entironment, we can say, resulted from environmental produce-benefit and its spatial expandability.The paper not only expounded concepts and theory foundation of environment produce-benefit and its spatial expandability; but also discussed its mechanisms and assessment methods, such as organic productions, protection of bio-diversity, fountain self-restrain, cutting flood, increasing low water, adjusting precipitation, soil service and air purification. With forest hydrology effect of Guanzhong Circumjacent Mountains as an example, practicality quantity of environmental produce-benefit spatial expand was estimated. Draw thereinafter conclusions:(1) Based on summing-up of natural ecosystem value and function, the conceptions of environmental produce-benefit, environmental produce-benefit district, environmental gain-benefit district and environmental produce-benefit spatial expandability. Then environmental produce-benefit was classified. According to the classification, eight kinds of environmental produce-benefit was put forward, such as bio-diversity, organic productions, fountain self-restrain, cutting flood, increasing low water, adjusting precipitation, soil service and air purification.(2) Multi-scale effect of environmental produce-benefit spatial expandability was put forward with the analysis on mechanism of environmental produce-benefit and its spatial expandability, which were micro-scale effect, middle-scale effect and macro-scale effect.(3) According to the analysis of mechanism and multi-scale effect, the assessment methods were discussed, which have provided theory and methods of estimation on natural ecosystem produce-benefit expandability effect.(4) Practicality quantity of fountain self-restrain effect was 3.32 billion m~3/a. North Slope of Qinling was 2.38 billion m~3/a, percent 71.53% of all; North Mountain was 0.94 billion m /a, with percent 28.47% of all. The ten rank sequence of fountain self-restrain: Fen county, Taibai, Zhouzhi, Chencang District, Lantian, Xunyi, Hua county, Hu county,Long county and Chang'an district.(5) Cutting flood of Circumjacent Mountain in Guanzhong area was analysed from micro-scale and macro-scale. Practicality quantity of maximal cutting flood was 5.187 billion m3/a. North Slope of Qinling was 3.515 billion m3/a, North Mountain was 1.67 billion m3/a. Delay time of precipitation and flood peak process has more than ten hours, five rivers of Guanzhong have good effect of delaying flood peak. Coefficients of delaying flood were between 0.115911 and 0.460484, five rivers have good effect of cutting flood peak. According to the coefficients of delaying flood, the rank sequence of cutting flood: Stone river>Qian river>Ba river>Feng river>Hei river.(6) According to the analysis of precipitation and current data, incision of current component with five rivers in Guanzhong area, the percents of current in low water time were between 4.80% and 18.08%, the average percent was 12.25%. Adjusting low water effect was obvious except Stone River, the maximal percent was 8.73% in Qian river, the average percent of all rivers was 3.77%.(7) Practicality quantity of forest adjusting precipitation effect was 1.94 billion m3/a, the percent of Guanzhong plain precipitation was 11.42%, average intensity of precipitation effect was 68.6 thousands m3/km2 ? a.
