New Herbicide Tetrazole Ethyl Synthesis Process

On the basic of JP patent , US patent and related European Patent , we have done much work about the synthetic process of azimsulfuron which is the ALS and AHAS inhibitor referring to available raw materials and present production process.The thesis mainly introduces the research background, the characteristy , the weed mechanism of the new herbicide azimsulfuron. According to the synthetical method of the available literature, we designe the multi-step synthetical route and synthesized raw materials and intermediates, particularly optimized the condition of three intermediates of azimsulfuron for the best reaction condition and better yielding, analysing and explaining the reaction mechanism in the experimentation.
