| It has been a long time to dispose the waste by the Anaerobic Digestion, but the large-scale use of industrialization just began at the turn of the 20th century, but because the operation is instable, and the manipulation is very complex, so it wasn' t used too much. Until the 1970s because of the energy crisis, many countries started to search the new energy sources, so they turned their attention for the anaerobic digestion technology, which can produced methane. Till present, it is low concentration to use the large-scale of the anaerobic digestion, and it is only used to dispose the mud waste, which contents are liquid or less solid.In our experiment, we use the intermissive anaerobic digestion to study the technology to dispose the municipal solid waste, and try to study the anaerobic digestion technology of the solid waste. In the experiment ,we obtain some data of the municipal solid waste, which were disposed by the anaerobic digestion, and the data of the efficiency of treatment by the reactor, and the optimal operation parameter. At the same time ,based on the experiments, we build the model of material balance, and calculate the material balance and the COD utilization ratio of some experimental groups carefully. Experiment conditions: the simulated pool reactor of regular anaerobic digestion, choose 4 different temperatures, and 4 different contents of solid. During the experiment the intermissive mixing was done by people.The results showed that it is completely feasible to treat the municipal solid waste with the anaerobic digestion technology. The COD, TS and VS decreased greatly, and a great deal of methane was produced. The materials post-treament can act as the agricultural fertilizer and soil regulator. The materials are the community garbage. In our experiment, the optimal operation parameters: solid content is 12.9%, temperature is 55 ℃. the efficiency of treatment: the respective removal rate of TS,VS,COD are 51.2%, 62.2%, 60.5%, the gas production of TS is248.6ml/g TS, and the content of methane is 69.0%. The results of material balance and the COD utilization ratio showed that the material balance is all right, and the utilization ratio of COD transformed from the methane is higher. |
