| This research was studied in DaTong southen lake which was a coal mine collapse water region in HuaiNan. Three sampling stations were arranged in the area. The water temperature, PH, electric conductivity rate, caco3, cl-, DO, TP, TN , CODCr, BOD5 and chla were measure in the lake, the zooplankton were collected and authenticated at the same time.The seasonal variations of zooplankton were investigated and studied in details with respect to species composition, current fauna, biomass and vertical distribution in the DaTong southen lake .Based on the community structure of zooplankton and physics and chemistry elements, an ecological and environmental status of the investigated area was assessed and evaluated, which will provide the foundation data to manage effectively on coal mine collapse water region.The investigation results were followings: The kind of zooplankton is mainly composed of Brachionus Rotifera. The comparison relation of construction was Rotifera>Protozoa> Cladocera and Copepoda. Varied with different seasons, the quantity rate was Summer>Winter>Autumn>Spring and the human activity influencenced stations were higher than the others in space distributing. The water quality of the lake was β - α type of moderate pollution. The results showed thatthe lake had become mesotropher water and tended to be of eutrophication. Reffering to the investigated data of 20 years ago, the water quality has changed obviously. |
