The rod pumping is the predominance mechanical recovery mode in world petroleum production, the system dynamical simulation is the base of system efficiency analysis and optimum design. The in-depth theoretical analysis and substantive computer simulation have been done on the oil pumping and dewatering gas recovery in deep-well, including these aspects:According to the reconstruct theory of the new energy-saving including the controllable diameter and variable torque, downward barbell compound balance beam unit, suspended setover beam-balanced pumping unit. The mathematical model of torque and kinematics parameter include suspended point of new energy-saving beam unit have been established, which wide the upper boundary condition and field of application of the stimulation model for the rod pumping system.Aiming at the producing character which the unlike material compound sucker rod is extensively used in deep well, the numerical solution method of system simulation model have been founded which include the change step display and implicit difference numerical solution, combining two difference numerical solution to solve the wave equation quickly, Compared the simulation and actual measurement dynamometer card, the result dovetail with actual status, comparative analysis the impact of differ well fluid viscosity to suspended center dynamometer and systems dynamics parameter.According to principle of conservation of energy, incorporating under-part stress characteristic of rod string in deep well, the rational distribution designed mathematical model and analytic solution of the centralizer have been confirmed.Combined the layer inflow performance and coordination principles of inflow and outflow at the pump point, pump-in pressure have been ascertained by multiphase pipe flow, the best depth of plunger for the different swabbing parameter have been ascertained. By comprehensive considering the working status characteristic of beam unit , sucker rod pump ,the objective function for system optimization have been ascertained .According to the producing character of the dewatering gas recovery by rod pumping in deep well, the theses come up with the numerical simulation method for dewatering gas recovery. Comparative analyzing the impact to energy expend and stress for the dewatering gas system of the rod pumping of unlike material sucker rod, which supply the technical base for the optimum design and enhancing the system efficiency of fiberglass sucker rodin deep well.Based on the theoretical research effort, adopting object-oriented programming technology, the simulation software for the rod pumping system, which base on the oil flied net database. Applying to the actual producing data of 43 well in Xinjiang oil flied to check the mathematical model and the accuracy of software, the simulation calculation result is coincidence with the actual state.Taking 85530 oil well of Xinjiang oil field corporation and Jia 20 dewatering gas recovery well of Szechwan-south gas mine as an example, applying the simulation software to dynamic simulate the rod pumping system, which can simulate the open and close time of pump value and the law of nod load and displacements coming along the crank angle change along the sucker rod, simulate the impact to the system working status under the different swabbing parameter D s n, which supply the important technical proof and approach for enhancing the system efficiency of the rod pumping .
