Incorporating the requirement of high temperature resistance and higher salt tolerance, this article MMA introduced to AA/AM system and developed by ourselves rare earth heat stabilizer and organic acid aluminum salt cross-linker agent L-2 .This article adopts water solution polymerization route on AM/AA/MMA, a new style pre- cross linked particulate fluid diversion .According to logos of toughen composite, we introduce inorganic material MMT and adopt free radical water solution polymerization on AM/AA/MMA .Mol ratio of monomer is AM/AA/MMA=4: 1: 0.03, Initiator is K2S2O8 and its additive is 1.4-1.6%, the temperature is 45℃ ,the cross linker is L-2 and its additive is 0.3 % .And we evaluate its performance. Temperature resistance is 200¤, salt tolerance is 0 -250000mg/l, toughness index is 1.1170, rate of water retention( sixty days) is 98.07%, it can indicate favorable performance. It can indicate through diffluence experiment that this kind of new style pre- cross linked fluid diversion agent possess favorable injectivity , driving performance and plugg. It can improve recovery of crude oil 20% under indoors experiment condition. Basing on evaluation of indoor experiment, we proceed this fluid diversion agent into field test of Wen 10 S3 9 - 10 (the temperature is 100-200℃,TDS is 15-25 X 104mg/l) in Zhongyuan Oilfield. It have success in technology, have obtained beneficiation, liquid water content have dropped, oil production is rising. After construction of two month Wen 10-42 have already increased 442 ton, comprehensive containing water have dropped 17.8 percentage point. The whole block increased oil 8 ton daily, containing water have dropped 1 percentage point. Currently it remains in force.
