Heavy oil is an important portion of petroleum resource. Because of the special character of this kind of oil, high viscosity and poor flow ability, the exploitation is very difficult by conventional technology. The rate of heavy oil in the world growth quickly since the steam injection technology was put into using by the end of 1950s, and it takes a significant position in the whole petroleum production.In China, the cumulative proved reserves of heavy oil is 13.3 108t, about 15% of national proved reserves by the end of 1994. The annual output of heavy oil reaches 1300 104t in 1996, and the method of cyclic steam injection has to be the main recovery technology for heavy oil reservoir in China. The more discovered the fractured heavy oil resource is, the more important how to utilize steam injection to develop reservoirs belonging to this type is.Given the main thermal technique presenting in China, the chief work in this dissertation aims at study on cyclic steam injection used in the fractured heavy oil reservoir. By adopting techniques and methods such as reservoir engineering, numerical simulation, economic evaluation, the investigative object is the Carboniferous fractured heavy oil reservoir in the 9th section, Kelamayi oil field. According to the actual characteristics of the fractured heavy oil reservoir and the Carboniferous fractured heavy oil reservoir in the 9th section, it is set up as a start that the exploitation history and production performance has been analyzed and summarized, the development effects has been researched, and the influence factors of exploitation impact is also discussed. Then the pilot test area of development is selected, and the exploitation design is done about development principle, development fashion and layer series of development. In the basic numerical simulation research, the simulation model of single well is established, and the production history match is finished. By the single well simulators, several demonstrates has been made, such as the contrast of regular production and thermal production, demonstrate of development effect for cyclic steaminjection which influenced by reservoir geological parameter, the optimize of steam injection technical characteristics, reasonable well pattern of development. The whole simulation for the pilot test area of development then is finished, and the economic evaluation of different development plans also is done, the best oil field development plan is optimized.
