| The characteristics of the fluid mechanics of some impellers were reviewed and effects of impellers, operating conditions and baffle on flow patterns were analysed in agitated vessel. The influence of impellers, scale up and multi-impellers on the mixing properties were compared in coagulator polymerization in a cis-l,4-polybutadiene rubber plant. In fourteen kinds of multiple impellers-tank systems, the characteristics of power number, mixing efficiency. Based on the measured results, a new kind of multi-impellers was obtained. It was the same line different axis multi-impellers and analyzed feasibility. It can be the foundation of industrial experiment. |
