Beta Zeolite Modified

Zeolite-beta is modified by dealumination with leaching in HCl solution and realumination with NaA102 solution .Then appreciate modified zeolite-beta with 1R,XRD, titration of n-butylamine and probe reactions. Results show that , In zeolite-beta by calcining-detemplate in air, treated with a concentrated HCl solution, framework aluminum can be removed .During the leaching, non-framework aluminum is removed at first, then half-framework aluminum,at last is framework.Zeolite-beta with leaching in HCl can be realuminated in alkaline NaA102 solution . The best result of realumination can be obtained when concentration of NaA102 is 0.5mmol/g. cat, PH=8, time of reaction is 160 hours, temperature is 150癈. If concentration of NaA102 is bigger than 4. Ommol/g. cat, crystallizate will be changed from zeolite-beta to zeolite~ANA.and so when PH>12,temperature higher than 150癈 and time of reaction more than 160 hours.
